To answer your request, consider your membership, arrange the services you ask for and keep in touch with you. We rely on your request and, where required, on your consent.

Who can see it

Only the Himalaya Conciergerie team. When you ask us to arrange a service, we share with the partner concerned (hotel, villa, driver, venue…) only what is needed to provide it. The website is hosted by Wix, which processes data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

Where it is processed

Your data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the United Arab Emirates, where we are based, and by our host Wix.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to himalayaconciergerie@gmail.com. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
